Overview

Boris Shor is a political scientist at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy. His research focuses on legislative ideology, state politics, and quantitative measurement of political preferences. He is a co-author of the Gelman-Shor-Bafumi-Park (2007) study resolving the rich state–poor state voting paradox using multilevel logistic regression.
