Overview

Adrien Remund is a demographer at the University of Geneva (Institute of Demography and Socioeconomics), also affiliated with INED (Paris) and the Swiss NCCR LIVES programme. His research focuses on young adult mortality, cause-of-death analysis, and demographic methods for decomposing mortality patterns. He is the lead author of the 2018 Demography paper introducing the SSE-based method for decomposing the young adult mortality hump by cause of death.
