- Retirement age stickiness (Deshpande, Fadlon, and Gray 2021): Co-authored the SSA-administrative-data study showing that when the 1983 Amendments raised the Full Retirement Age (FRA) from 65 to 66, benefit claiming shifted one-for-one to the new FRA while retirement (labor force exit) remained persistently "stuck" at the old FRA of 65 across a decade of post-reform cohorts — with employer-level norms the most empirically supported mechanism.
