Overview

Daniel C. Feldman is a professor at the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia (Athens, GA). A leading scholar in organizational behavior, career development, and the management of aging workers. His 1983 study with Brett on coping with new jobs is a foundational early-career reference, and his edited volume Work Careers: A Developmental Perspective (2002) covers career issues facing older workers. Co-author with Thomas W. H. Ng of the 2008 Journal of Applied Psychology ten-dimension age–job performance meta-analysis.
