- Replacement-rate measurement (Munnell and Soto 2005): Co-authored the CRR brief showing that the Social Security "policy model" and actual replacement rates coincide for the median earner only by coincidence — three methodological differences (AIME vs. career-average earnings, earnings gaps, early claiming) happen to offset.
