Co-author of Duggan, Rosenheck, and Singleton (2009), the first rigorous economic study of the VA's Disability Compensation program, which used the 2001 Agent Orange / diabetes eligibility expansion as a natural experiment to estimate enrollment, expenditure, and labor supply effects.
